Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du begleitest unsere Bestandskundinnen als verlässliche technische Expertin und findest gemeinsam mit ihnen die besten Lösungen – per Telefon, E‑Mail oder im Ticketsystem
  • Du richtest unsere Systeme professionell ein, führst Installationen, Updates und Integrationen per Remote‑Zugriff durch und sorgst für ein reibungsloses Produkterlebnis
  • Du planst und steuerst sichere sowie nahtlose Serverumzüge und Datenmigrationen in MD Stationär, sodass Kund*innen ohne Unterbrechung weiterarbeiten können
  • Du analysierst technische Herausforderungen präzise, identifizierst Fehlerursachen und dokumentierst deine Lösungen klar und nachvollziehbar
  • Du koordinierst Eskalationen bei kritischen Systemausfällen souverän und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick

Anforderungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration/Anwendungsentwicklung) oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik/Systemintegration
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT‑Support oder in der technischen Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise im Softwareumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server, Microsoft SQL Server und Netzwerken
  • SQL nutzt du sicher für Analysen, Fehlerdiagnosen und Auswertungen
  • Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären – intern wie extern
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
