Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for Teamleiter:in Fahrdienst for DB Regio Bus Mitte GmbH in Wiesbaden to lead and coach driving personnel, oversee operational processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and support rail replacement services planning. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Professional and disciplinary leadership of driving personnel
Conducting employee coaching and development
Holding employee conversations (e.g., return-to-work or absenteeism talks, integration management)
Recruitment and onboarding of new personnel based on staffing plans
Ensuring and monitoring legal requirements (rest times, vehicle inspections)
Development and continuous improvement of service schedules
Conducting operational controls such as departure checks or accompanied drives
Managing complaints (driver surveys, statement drafting)
Maintaining and monitoring trip logs
Contribution to the acquisition, planning, and operation of rail replacement services (SEV).

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in transportation, logistics, or commercial fields
Several years of professional experience in the field
Commercial knowledge and strong leadership skills in an operational environment
Experience in personnel management
Independent, structured way of working and high quality orientation
Organizational skills
Ability to lead employees
Convincing presence, conflict resolution skills, and intercultural understanding
Communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge in error, conflict, and process management
Valid driving license class B (preferably class D or willingness to acquire it)
Additional knowledge in transportation and economic understanding is desirable.
