Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Teamleiter:in Fahrbahn (w/m/d) für die DB InfraGO AG am Standort Ulm.

Responsible for the proper, technical, and timely execution of maintenance orders (inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair) for infrastructure facilities in the track/superstructure trade
Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations
Ensures cost-optimized, efficient order processing by the assigned core team
Acts as a trainee specialist mediator
Takes over safety monitoring and safety planning
Provides technical comments on construction inquiries and planning
Responsible for the technical leadership of employees in the area of responsibility

Successful IHK master's degree in track construction or in the Wm Bau field
Alternatively, a successfully completed apprenticeship/further training as a specialist in superstructure, track mechanic, or equivalent career training with the willingness to obtain the necessary IHK master's degree in track construction
Knowledge in maintenance and experience in team leadership
Strong IT skills
Initiative, assertiveness, communication and teamwork skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
Participation in on-call duties and occasional night shifts
Valid class B driver's license
