The job involves leading a team in the Fachvermittlung (specialist mediation) for DB InfraGO AG in the East region at the Berlin location. The role includes qualifying and coaching new employees, providing technical leadership, and acting as a link between different organizational units.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Accompanying topic mediation for maintenance employees on railway operations and safety technology topics
qualifying as a Fachvermittler:in for trainees in maintenance
supporting new employees as a trusted coach
providing technical leadership to employees in your area of responsibility
acting as a competent contact person for maintenance employees
conducting regular feedback discussions
contributing to the development of qualification processes and training concepts
creating necessary training materials
serving as a link between the 'Fachliche Qualifizierung' organizational unit and the networks of the East region and regional maintenance

Anforderungen:

Meister:in LST or comparable qualification like Weichenmechaniker:in, Signalmechaniker:in with several years of professional experience and willingness to obtain necessary qualifications
ideally possess AdA-Schein nach AEVO
