• disciplinary and technical leadership and supervision of driving personnel and implementation of safe operation according to BO-Kraft and contractual requirements of the client
• monitoring compliance with or implementation of legal regulations (BOKraft, PbefG, StVO/StVZO, EG-VO, ArbZG, etc.) and the group regulations
• participation in strategic personnel planning and production controlling as well as in new hires of driving personnel, creation of vacation planning, definition of measures to prevent increased sickness rates and fluctuation numbers in the team
• coordination of operations and production processes incl. inspection services, operational controls, fare security, vehicle cleaning, etc.
• participation in the implementation of driving services for special traffic and disruptions in operational processes as well as ensuring the maintenance of the route infrastructure

• successfully completed specialized vocational training in transport or long-term experience in the relevant field
• first leadership experience
• knowledge of the transport sector and the transport area
• experience in personnel dispatch and dispatch systems
• very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
• IVU knowledge, especially PPBus, desirable
• confident appearance and a high degree of independence, communication and leadership skills
• entrepreneurial thinking and action
• high resilience even in stressful situations
• driving license class D, DE or willingness to acquire it
