Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Übernahme der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung eines Entwicklungsteams einschließlich Personalaufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Repräsentation des Leistungsportfolios Softwareentwicklung & neue Technologien als Mitglied des Account-Teams
  • Beteiligung an der Akquise und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Übernahme einer führenden Rolle in der Entwicklung und Pflege neuer und bestehender Anwendungen
  • beratende Tätigkeit für Kunden
  • Wissen teilen und Ausbildung des Teams

Anforderungen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Mathematik
  • mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung verschiedener Teams in der Position des Managers in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Kenntnisse und idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen in Programmiersprachen des Client-Server- und/oder Mainframe-Umfelds (z. B. Java, COBOL, SQL, JCL, TSO/ISPF)
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen Protokollen und Standards, wie (z. B. TLS, HTTPS, OAuth 2.0, RESTful-APIs, MQ, Java SE/EE, JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • gute Kenntnisse der State-of-the-Art Technologien, dadurch Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Werkzeugen und Frameworks (z.B. Spring-Framework, JPA, Git, Maven, NodeJS, NPM, IntelliJ, IDEA, Hibernate, Git, Jenkins oder JUnit)
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden sowie Architekturen der Softwareentwicklung
