In dieser Schnittstellenfunktion koordinieren Sie Qualitätsthemen für Zukaufteile zwischen PLM, SCM, Einkauf und Lieferanten.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Durchführung von Pre-Assessments bei potenziellen Lieferanten (vor Ort & Remote)
Bewertung und Abstimmung von Machbarkeitsstudien im Cross-Funktionalen Team (CFT)
Planung und Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits nach VDA 6.3
Prüfung von Kontrollplänen und FMEAs mit Verbesserungsvorschlägen für Lieferanten
Erstellung und Abstimmung von Bemusterungs- und Freigabeplänen
Begleitung von Erstbemusterungen neuer oder geänderter Kaufteile
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Wareneingangsprüfplänen und Dynamisierungsregeln
Verhandlung und Ausarbeitung von Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen (QSV)
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von SQM-Kennzahlenberichten und Dashboards
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Koordination erforderlicher Prüf-, Sortier- und Nacharbeiten
Entscheidung über Verwendungsfreigaben oder Sperrung verdächtiger Bestände
Erstellung von NCR-Sonderfreigaben und Übernahme der Lösungsverantwortung für Kaufteilabweichungen
Überprüfung, Bewertung und Kommunikation von Lieferanten-8D-Reports
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sperrbestandszielen und situative Durchführung von Audits

Anforderungen:

Staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Industriebetriebs
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
