As a Storemanager at Circle K, you'll manage daily operations, lead a team, and build customer relationships in a dynamic retail environment. We are part of the global company Alimentation Couche-Tard, offering convenience and mobility solutions.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

managing diverse tasks in daily operations and contributing to the economic success of the location
ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
being the personal point of contact for customers and assisting them with vehicle-related or other queries
building, leading, and coaching a team while fostering their development.

Anforderungen:

Betriebswirt (m/w/d), Handelsfachwirt (m/w/d), or comparable commercial training
experience in managing operational units and personnel responsibility or experience as deputy branch manager
leadership skills
communicative, goal-oriented, and enjoys teamwork
enjoys advising customers and fulfilling their needs while maintaining a clean and orderly station
desire to build a closely collaborating team.
