Verantwortlichkeiten

Ensure the store runs smoothly by coordinating and managing internal processes and procedures in line with INDITEX standards
Conduct regular KPI analyses to keep an eye on budget and sales targets and derive appropriate measures
Use operational guidelines and innovative in-house technologies to guarantee an optimal flow of goods and present product in the best possible light
Motivate employees with a positive attitude and communication skills
Recognize potential and talents and promote them through individual training
Ensure an outstanding customer experience through passion
Lead by example and represent BERSHKA to colleagues and customers

Anforderungen

Positive attitude and extraordinary hands-on mentality
Great organizational talent and excellent communication skills
Analytical skills to evaluate KPIs
Ability to make decisions and pay attention to sustainability and social aspects
Several years of professional experience as a manager in retail
Ability to communicate well in both German and English
