Stationsinspektor

• Ensure stations are in proper condition
• Repair defects on site
• Perform small building maintenance measures on paths, platforms and components (e.g., paving or concrete work)
• Carry out assembly, painting and green cutting work
• Perform refurbishment services not covered by regular maintenance cleaning
• Handle smaller tasks alone, more complex measures in team with colleagues
• Carry out non-scheduled on-site assignments not falling under emergency management (e.g., substitute winter service measures)
• Update timetable displays/vitrines
• Regular travel within the region with occasional overnight stays

• Successfully completed vocational training in a technical trade (e.g., painter, bricklayer, concrete builder, landscape gardener, tile layer)
• Training duration of at least two and a half years or equivalent recognized qualification
• Initial professional experience in the craft sector
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Basic experience and technical knowledge in small building maintenance
• General know-how in facility management, station supervision and refurbishment services
• Communicative, team-oriented, well-organized and skilled in craftsmanship
• Class B driver's license (B96/BE desirable)
• Qualification as self-securer or willingness to learn it
• Operational fitness verified by occupational health service
