Jobbeschreibung:

As Station Operation Coordinator, you take on an important role in the Ground Operations Team of TUI Airline, where you ensure safe, efficient and customer-oriented airport operations through effective management of third-party providers. The vacancy is initially limited to 12 months.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Monitor daily TUI operations at specific airports
Ensure all ground operations processes are safe, compliant, efficient, punctual and customer-oriented
Build expertise in proprietary Departure Control System
Act as contact person for suppliers for questions and problems
Monitor operational SLAs and KPIs with third-party providers through regular checks and reporting
Conduct regular quality assurance checks
Support investigation of incidents and safety reports
Maintain relationships with airport and other authorities
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful implementation of ground operations initiatives at airports
Apply TUI processes and guidelines including GOM in daily operations
Identify optimization potential with external service providers
Participate in daily coordination rounds with partners
Ensure excellent service and customer experience for all passengers
Represent Station Account Manager and/or Station Ops Lead Coordinator in internal and external meetings
Work in project-related working groups

Anforderungen:

Proven experience in airport ground handling
Experience in monitoring third-party providers to achieve required performance
Self-motivated person who takes initiative
Ability to work cooperatively with international teams of diverse composition
Excellent communication skills combined with ability to persuade others
Ability to build effective networks in local operations
Structured thinking to develop ideas while ensuring full compliance
Very good German and English language skills (oral and written)
Ability to audit processes for compliance and successfully investigate and resolve violations
