We are looking for a Munich-based Staff Writer to join our Secret Media team. Create vibrant, original content about city life for our Secret Media platforms in Germany, including editorial work, SEO-friendly posts, and social media collaboration. Opportunity for growth within a dynamic start-up.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Identifying compelling stories and generating diverse content ideas for assigned cities
crafting engaging, accurate, and informative articles efficiently
ensuring all site copy and headlines adhere to editorial guidelines and style guide
collaborating on an editorial calendar balancing news, reviews, and city-centric content
creating SEO-friendly posts
assisting in promotional efforts and collaborating with Social Media Networking team
using analytics to refine content strategy and make adjustments.

Anforderungen:

Native-level proficiency in written and spoken German
fluent English for internal communications preferred
demonstrated experience in digital writing
keen understanding of what makes stories shareable on social platforms
proficiency with social and digital publishing tools
methodical approach to efficiently managing your beat
strong connection to the German lifestyle, food, entertainment, and art scene with a deep understanding of its cultural nuances.
