Move long-distance traffic with us, drive digitalization forward, and bring your willingness to change! Join the CIO area of long-distance traffic and shape the comfort-relevant IT products on board the vehicles together with the team. Your ideas make a valuable contribution to the Strong Rail in long-distance traffic and thus to the ecological change in Germany.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

creation, maintenance, and revision of technical documentation, architectural drawings, and work instructions
review of technical documents (e.g., work instructions, specifications, circuit and network plans) for completeness, correctness, and conformity
support in operational test management for the network and Linux systems
development of technical implementation concepts for new features in the network
close exchange with relevant stakeholders
analysis of problems in the network and Linux system
contribution to the further development of the interdisciplinary and product-centric team

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, or equivalent qualification through professional experience
extensive practical experience in IT operations
knowledge of DevOps methods and culture
ITIL knowledge
experience in leading projects and teams with classical and agile methods
experience in managing and collaborating with software manufacturers and IT service providers
sound knowledge in the configuration and administration (operational) of IT networks in hardware
sound knowledge in the configuration and administration (operational) of Linux systems
familiarity with Jira and Confluence
experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation and related tools (e.g., Confluence, InkScape)
strong communication and teamwork skills
good sense of responsibility
ability to work structured and independently
creative potential for strategic product development
