Verantwortlichkeiten

Develop and maintain your own SOHO customer base as a SOHO Specialist
Responsible for (cold) acquisition of new customers in the regional environment of the shop, including in the shop or in the field
Support and develop existing customers and build active networks with business people, associations and B2B partners
Conduct structured needs analyses, create individual offers and conclude contracts across all product categories
Implement cross- and upselling strategies across the entire customer lifecycle and use digital tools (CRM systems, ordering tools, dashboards, appointment management, reporting)
Contribute to the continuous development of business processes and the store location with an entrepreneurial mindset
Participate in regional events, consultant days and trade fairs

Anforderungen

Completed commercial training and/or degree in business administration
At least two years of professional experience in B2B sales of IT or telecommunications solutions
Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions
Very good understanding of sales methods and techniques and experience in telephone acquisition
Strong customer and service orientation
Serious and professional demeanor combined with linguistic fluency, good expression and persuasive skills as well as sales talent
Fluent German and English skills (C1 according to CEFR)
