You will undergo a tailored internal further training program that supports you on your way to becoming a signal mechanic. During this time, you will develop your competencies and acquire extensive knowledge for your new role. After a comprehensive induction, you will be ready to participate in the rolling on-call duty. You will work mostly outdoors as many of our systems are located in the track area.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

responsible for the maintenance of various systems in the area of control and safety technology
inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components, e.g., signals, switches, level crossings
using modern measuring devices to assess the condition of systems
responsible for technical documentation
tasks are mostly carried out in a team, independently and reliably

Anforderungen:

successfully completed training in electrical engineering, e.g., as an electrician, mechatronics technician, electrical specialist in industry, electronics technician for operational technology or automation technology
willingness to participate in rolling on-call duty (every 4-5 weeks)
ability to work outdoors
reliable, team-oriented, and flexible
valid Class B driver's license is an advantage
