Lead and manage a defined sales area at IKEA Wien Nord. Inspire and develop a team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and contribute to company success.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Managing a defined sales area in the IKEA store and leading a team of up to 15 employees
ensuring the department is always well presented
analyzing and managing sales to contribute to company success
serving as a role model for colleagues and assisting actively
collaborating with all departments to implement priorities
developing your team and ensuring customers interact with competent staff

Anforderungen:

Leadership experience, ideally as a team leader or similar position
enthusiasm for retail and focus on customer satisfaction
enjoyment in managing and developing employees
strong analytical skills, structured and organized work style
responsibility and adaptability to new situations
career ambition and aspiration to become a manager
ability to communicate effectively in both German and English
