The job involves being the face of Deutsche Bahn at the train station, providing professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring service and safety standards, and handling various tasks at the station and platforms.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

professional and knowledgeable assistance for customers
friendly representation of Deutsche Bahn at the train station
dissemination of information to travelers using provided systems and media
handling tasks at DB Information and mobile service at the station and platforms
accepting lost property, assisting mobility-impaired persons, and performing first aid if necessary
ensuring compliance with service and safety standards
providing information during operational disruptions

Anforderungen:

successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training, e.g., as a hotel clerk, restaurant specialist, office clerk
very good host mentality and understanding of appropriate appearance
high level of communication skills and confident, binding demeanor
good traffic geography knowledge and pronounced customer and service-oriented behavior
sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility, and pronounced communication and conflict skills
willingness to work outdoors at train platforms and in shifts (including weekends and holidays)
good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
