Jobbeschreibung:

The DB InfraGO AG is looking for a Service Employee at the Train Station (m/f/d) for the location Freilassing, starting as soon as possible, limited until the end of 2027. The role involves being the face of Deutsche Bahn, providing professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring service and safety standards, and working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

professional and knowledgeable assistance for customer inquiries
friendly representation of Deutsche Bahn at the train station
dissemination of information to travelers using provided information systems and media
mobile service tasks at the train station and platforms
handling lost and found items
assistance to mobility-impaired persons at the platform
first aid if necessary
ensuring compliance with service and safety standards
providing information during operational disruptions

Anforderungen:

successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training
excellent host mentality and understanding of appropriate appearance
high level of communication skills and confident, binding appearance
good traffic geography knowledge and pronounced customer and service-oriented behavior
sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility, and pronounced communication and conflict resolution skills
willingness to work outdoors at train platforms and in shifts (including weekends and holidays)
good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
