Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a service generalist at Marktredwitz station (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG, Business Unit Passenger Stations, part-time (19 hours).

Verantwortlichkeiten:

enthusiastically serve travelers and guests at the station and inform them about service offers and travel connections
support travelers in special situations by handling lost property and working out travel alternatives
take suggestions and complaints from guests
organize and carry out services for mobility-impaired travelers (boarding, disembarking, and transfer assistance)
monitor the working environment, e.g., check notices and brochure stocks for currency and condition
occasionally work at various stations in the immediate vicinity

Anforderungen:

successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training
customer- and service-oriented demeanor
communication, willingness to take responsibility, and teamwork skills
very good command of German in word and writing
basic knowledge of English and/or another foreign language
willingness to work outdoors at our platforms
flexibility and willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) including weekends
