The Servicegeneralist is responsible for mobile customer service, including providing information on travel connections, assisting travelers, ensuring compliance with house rules, and checking technical facilities at the station.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

mobile customer service including providing information on travel connections
assistance for travelers and visitors
accepting lost property
assistance for mobility-impaired travelers with mobile boarding aids
ensuring compliance with house rules
checking the quality of stay at the station
checking technical facilities such as elevators, escalators, loudspeakers
coordinating passenger guides if necessary

Anforderungen:

successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training
first experience in railway transport companies
comfortable working outdoors
shift work
proficiency with mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones
strong service orientation
willingness to perform
stress resistance
flexibility
fluent in German (oral and written)
good English skills
valid class B driver's license
