Service Technician Blades

• Ensure wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance
• Inspect and repair the rotor blades on wind turbines as part of a team
• Learn about the complex structure of rotor blades and their various components
• Carry out modification work to improve the performance of turbines
• Apply practical skills when working with laminating resins and composite materials
• Document work digitally

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, metalworking, mechanical and automotive engineering, building services engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Specialist knowledge of epoxy resins, glass fibre and carbon fibre
• Qualification as a rope access technician according to FISAT or IRATA Level 3
• High level of safety awareness, particularly when working with hazardous substances
• Can prepare and document technical reports independently
• Willing to travel within Germany during the week
• Familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP
• Driving licence, ideally class C1E
• Very good German and good English skills
