Jobbeschreibung:

Senior station inspector with craft skills for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich location, responsible for maintaining stations in proper condition and performing various repair and maintenance tasks.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensure stations are in proper condition
Repair defects on site
Perform small building repairs of paths, platforms and components (e.g., paving or concrete work)
Perform assembly, painting and green cutting work
Handle minor issues independently
Perform processing services not covered by regular maintenance cleaning
Carry out non-scheduled on-site assignments not falling under emergency management
Update timetable displays/vitrines
Regular travel within the region with occasional overnight stays

Anforderungen:

Completed vocational training in a technical trade (e.g., painter, bricklayer, concrete worker, landscape gardener, tile layer)
Minimum 2.5 years training duration or equivalent
Initial professional experience in the craft sector
Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
Basic experience and technical knowledge in small building repairs
General know-how in facility management, station supervision and processing services
Communicative, team-oriented, well-organized and skilled in craftsmanship
Class B driver's license (B96/BE desirable)
Qualification as self-securer or willingness to learn it
Operational fitness check
