Jobbeschreibung:

Senior Projektsteuerer role focused on managing and coordinating large-scale infrastructure design projects. This includes working with domestic and international teams, preparing professional reports, and presenting project updates to the management. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Project management of design services for all involved disciplines, including coordination of external engineering offices and internal/external specialists domestically and internationally
Creation, coordination, and oversight of comprehensive project management for large infrastructure projects in phases 1-7 in collaboration with relevant disciplines
Preparation of regular project reports indicating timeline status and suggesting corrective actions if necessary
Preparation of overarching templates beyond the scope of the project
Participation and delivery of professional presentations across the organization
Presentation of project timelines in regular meetings with the management level

Anforderungen:

Completed university degree as electrical engineer, civil engineer, industrial engineer with a focus on electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field, ideally related to infrastructure technology
At least 5 years of professional experience in managing or leading infrastructure projects
Quick comprehension of unknown fields
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Project
Desirable knowledge in additional tools such as Jira or Koppla
Initiative, high level of responsibility, readiness to work, and resilience
High flexibility and readiness to quickly adapt to new tasks and industry-specific regulations
Optional certifications such as Scrum, IPMA, etc.
High level of team and communication skills, self-initiative, organizational and negotiation skills
