The S 11 is the foundation for the expansion of S-Bahn traffic in Cologne. The project includes the necessary capacity expansion at the traffic stations Köln Hbf and Köln Deutz as well as the expansion of the route between Köln-Mühlheim and Bergisch Gladbach. This creates the prerequisites for future S-Bahn operations in the Cologne node. The project is currently in the design phase and has a construction volume of around 780 million euros. We are looking for you as a Senior Project Engineer in the S-Bahn Project S 11 (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO. By using the BIM methodology and agile project management, you can actively shape the modern railway.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

coordinating and ensuring interdisciplinary execution of planning services
ensuring performance fulfillment regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and other contract conditions in planning and realization
developing scenarios and countermeasures in case of target endangerment
coordinating applications for public-law approvals
ensuring compliance with all project-related approvals and official requirements
coordinating plan and construction documents according to VV-BAU STE, VV BAU, and EIGV
conducting and documenting plan management
participating in various tender procedures for planning and construction services
ensuring quality-compliant tender and award documents
proactive claim/anti-claim management
checking and processing additional work
ensuring economic success in the project
active supervision of construction sites
interdisciplinary interface coordination of planning and executing trades and adjacent planning sections

Anforderungen:

successfully completed (technical) university degree or equivalent qualification
several years of professional experience, especially in project management for infrastructure projects
experience in cross-trade coordination of infrastructure projects
experience in contract and additional work management
good IT skills (MS-Office, iTWO, Doxis)
knowledge of HOAI, VOB, EIGV, VV-BAU STE, VV BAU, and DB AG guidelines
high sense of responsibility
customer-oriented, committed, and structured way of working
high resilience and willingness to work
strong communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with planning offices, contractors, and involved authorities
