Senior Project Manager IT – Strategic Projects

• Manage large-scale IT and SAP transformation projects within the Business Solution HPM (High Performance Metals)
• Take full ownership of scope, budget, quality, schedule, and risk management
• Lead and coordinate global, cross-functional project teams
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, Solution Leads, and divisional IT units
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency, efficiency, and agile collaboration
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders up to Steering Committee level

• University degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
• At least 8 years of experience in international IT project management, ideally in the metal or process industry
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP®, IPMA®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP) preferred
• SAP Activate Certificate preferred
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in an international context
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%)

German skills are an advantage
