accompany very complex cable specialist planning
responsible for quality assurance
conduct technical training and practical exercises for our employees
responsible for creating design, approval and execution plans (according to HOAI, BAU STE and recognized rules of technology) for telecommunications systems in the railway environment for very complex cable planning
create cost calculations and tender documents
responsible for the provision of planning services on time, on budget and with quality
develop and evaluate telecommunications performance specifications
lead bidder discussions for performance phase 6
creation of cost estimates, description of services and obligations of customers
development of task definitions in cooperation with customers
processing of construction measures based on construction templates according to VV BAU STE
carrying out internal plan checks for telecommunications systems
participation in planning meetings with clients and other specialist planners involved
creation of analyses of target/actual comparisons regarding compliance with customer budgets, resources and deadlines
impulse provider of innovative ideas for a digitized project implementation

successfully completed degree in engineering, communications or electrical engineering
comparable degree with professional experience
equivalent knowledge acquired through vocational training or many years of relevant professional experience
ability to plan very complex cable projects
several years of planning knowledge in the areas of cable, transmission and IP technology
knowledge of railway-specific telecommunications systems
very good knowledge of laws, regulations and standards relevant for the execution of construction measures (e.g., HOAI, VOB, VOL)
ability to transport and solve complex issues
high customer and service orientation reflected in very good communication and cooperation skills in the team
independent, economical and safe working
pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
in-depth knowledge and experience in imparting technical content
valid class B driving license
nationwide willingness to travel
