Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement
ideally completed university degree
1-2 years of professional experience in direct sales in a business customer environment, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry
Solid technical knowledge and very good specialist knowledge in the areas of mobile communications, fixed network and ICT solutions
High degree of flexibility, initiative and assertiveness

Verantwortlichkeiten

Advising, acquiring and selling complex, consulting-intensive and customer-specific solutions to assigned named accounts in the existing portfolio and assigned prospects (new acquisition)
Analyze assigned customers in detail, qualify customer contacts and identify new customer potential
Lead sales projects and take over project management
Conduct comprehensive and holistic needs analyses based on detailed process cost and profitability analyses
Ensure a high presence and effective support of assigned customers
Organize and conduct appointment scheduling, sales visits, quotation preparation, follow-ups and contract conclusions

Verantwortlichkeiten

Responsible for the sale of standard products, ICT solutions and convergent telecommunications solutions to existing business customers and to new customers (acquisition) in a fixed assigned sales territory
Responsible for achieving sales and targets for the assigned sales territory
Ensures a high presence, effective care and binding to Vodafone in the respective area
Analyzes the sales territory and qualifies customer contacts
analyzes and acquires new customer potential and exploits existing customer potential
reduces the churn rate
Conducts comprehensive and holistic needs analyses for customers, taking into account the competition (price analyses, complementary needs) and the customer's business processes
Independently creates offers, follows up, concludes contracts and supports customers after conclusion
Takes responsibility for the success or failure of your activities and develops strategies for improvement
