Verantwortlichkeiten
Sell individually tailored, consulting-intensive products (in the area of fixed network and ICT solutions) from individual product components and complex solutions to assigned named accounts in the existing portfolio as well as to assigned prospects (new customer acquisition)
Analyze the sales territory in great detail and qualify customer contacts
Analyze and acquire new customer potential and exploit existing customer potential
reduce churn rate
Independently conduct comprehensive and holistic needs analyses based on detailed process cost and economic efficiency analyses at customers
Build and maintain business relationships at ministerial level and comparable positions in the NPO environment and win back customers
Ensure a high presence, effective care and binding to Vodafone in the respective area in the long term and proactively
Lead sales projects and participate in public sector tenders
Anforderungen
Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement
ideally completed university degree
5–6 years of professional experience in sales of telecommunications or hardware/software/IT products (e.g., virtual PBX) and ICT solutions
Solid technical knowledge and excellent specialist knowledge in the areas of fixed network and ICT solutions
Very pronounced analytical and strategic thinking
High degree of flexibility, initiative and assertiveness
Very high social competence
Goal-oriented: Sets and prioritizes challenging goals
Fluent English skills in spoken and written (B2 according to GER)
