As a Senior Consultant Strategy Insurance, you'll play a key role in advising clients in the insurance sector on transformation projects, developing innovative solutions, and contributing to the consulting portfolio's evolution, all within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Consulting clients in the insurance sector on execution of transformation projects and contributing to the development of their organizations
  • developing creative and forward-looking solutions across the value chain, with focus on growth and efficiency projects
  • planning, steering, and prioritizing project tasks independently, ensuring structured implementation
  • supporting the creation and management of offers, with emphasis on your personal focus in the financial services sector (e.g., sales, operations, claims, AI in the insurance environment)
  • maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new projects
  • contributing to the positioning of the management consultancy by publishing studies and professional articles
  • employing modern methods in daily work and engaging in an open feedback culture that allows for growth and new ideas

Anforderungen:

  • Successfully completed university studies with a clear connection to insurance, banking, or consulting
  • substantial experience in the environment of insurance companies or insurance-related service providers, either in external consulting or an in-house function
  • good understanding of strategic potentials and business models along various sales and customer contact channels and contribution of ideas for their development
  • motivation to actively shape and develop the management consulting portfolio
  • experience in the design of sales organizations and knowledge in sales channel management, including collaboration with related areas such as sales support or insurance operations
  • professional demeanor with clients, and resilient handling of time-sensitive requests
  • good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
