Verantwortlichkeiten:

part of the CIO Advisory for the public sector with a focus on IT Service Management and ServiceNow
development of Target Operating Models along best practices for Service Management
design of suitable governance for ministries and authorities at federal, state and local level
seamless integration of business and IT processes into digital services for authorities and citizens
conducting as-is analyses, maturity assessments and to-be concepts for the entire range of ITIL Framework practices
conceptual elaboration and preparation of IT services for implementation in IT Service Management solutions based on ServiceNow
conducting coaching and accompanying our customers in the introduction and implementation of IT Service Management processes
identifying new consulting needs among our customers and developing and taking responsibility for new topics in Sopra Steria's service portfolio

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree
at least three years of professional experience, including at least one year of experience in consulting customer organizations on the design of IT processes and IT operating models
first certifications for the ITIL framework
experience with the application of DevOps practices
analytical and logical thinking skills, independent and structured way of working, team spirit
good German language skills (from B2 level) and English language skills
