Senior Consultant position focusing on creating digital products and user experiences that delight and have lasting impact. The role involves working on innovative solutions for clients, from initial concept to final design, with a focus on user-centered design principles.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Design user experience for digital products and services from initial idea to final design
Work in UX and CX projects or take over their management
Plan, conduct and evaluate qualitative and quantitative user analysis methods
Develop navigation structures and information architectures
Conceptualize user journeys and wireframes
Create UI designs, illustrations, iconography and design systems with focus on aesthetics, consistency and accessibility
Develop low to high fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and designs
Expand and continuously develop user-centered design methods and internal standards
Work closely and interdisciplinary with industry and product experts as well as with (inter)national development teams

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree in User Interface Design, User Experience Design, digital media, Interaction Design, Media Informatics or comparable field
Comprehensive project experience in Human Centered Design
Solid experience in conducting user research, conceptualizing digital applications, and designing user interfaces
Experience in creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
Knowledge in developing design systems and digital accessibility is a plus
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Axure or comparable prototyping tools and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently
Team spirit
Strong communication skills
Good German and English skills (level B2 or above)
Submission of a meaningful portfolio
