Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Übersetzung globaler Strategien in klare, regionale Kommunikationskonzepte und Aktivierungspläne
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Stakeholdern bei Kommunikations- und Launch-Planungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Kommunikationspläne mit Kernbotschaften und Kanälen
  • Konzeption von Kommunikationsinhalten (Präsentationen, Playbooks, Newsletter, Videos, FAQs)
  • Steuerung der internen Kommunikation über verschiedene Kanäle und Koordination von Übersetzungen
  • Sicherstellung von Marken-, Rechts- und Compliance-Standards
  • Organisation und Moderation des globalen All Employees Meetings

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in interner Kommunikation, Unternehmenskommunikation oder Change Management in globalen B2B-Technologieunternehmen (Partner-/Channel-Erfahrung von Vorteil)
  • Fähigkeit, globale Strategien in praxisnahe, lokal relevante Kommunikations- und Aktivierungspläne zu übersetzen
  • Starkes Stakeholder-Management sowie überzeugende Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen internen Kommunikationsplattformen und -tools
  • Persönliche Stärken: strategisch und operativ denkend, kollaborativ, partnerorientiert und agil
