In der Schlüsselrolle als Senior Business Project Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Planung und Koordination unserer Projekte – von der Festlegung von Meilensteinen bis zur termingerechten Lieferung hochwertiger Softwarelösungen. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden, stellst eine transparente Kommunikation sicher und behältst Risiken sowie Qualität stets im Blick.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Software-Projekten im ERP-Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung termingerechter, budgetgerechter und qualitativ hochwertiger Umsetzung
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden und internen Teams
  • Klärung von Anforderungen und Begleitung der Umsetzung
  • Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Effiziente Planung von Ressourcen (Personal, Budget, Zeit)
  • Früherkennung von Risiken und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Vermeidung von Verzögerungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung interner Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung lückenloser Dokumentation und Einsatz agiler Methoden
  • Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte und Präsentation von Ergebnissen
  • Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Projektarbeit

Anforderungen:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (klassische Methoden wie Wasserfall und agile Ansätze wie Scrum oder Kanban)
  • Kenntnisse im ERP-Umfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis für IT, Softwareentwicklung und betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Organisation komplexer Projekte
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung in der Teamführung
  • Kundenorientiertes Mindset
  • Erfahrung im Change-Management
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) und MS Office
