Als Senior Business Partner Project Management (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der strategischen Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Projektlandschaft. Sie stellen Standards und Methoden sicher, unterstützen Projektleiter*innen und Teams bei komplexen Projekten und sind verantwortlich für Risiko- und Stakeholdermanagement sowie die Einhaltung von Richtlinien. Weiterhin analysieren Sie KPIs und treiben Optimierungen voran.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in für Projektmanagement-Standards und strategische Steuerung
  • Gestaltung der Ausrichtung von Großprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Management und C-Level
  • Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Richtlinien, Vorlagen und Tools
  • Sicherung und Förderung von konzernweiten Standards und Methoden wie PMI, PRINCE2 oder Agile
  • Etablierung von Best Practices und Beratung für Projektleiter*innen und Teams
  • Übernahme von Rollen in Planung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte
  • Stärkung von Risiko- und Stakeholdermanagement-Prozessen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Reviews zur Einhaltung der PM-Richtlinien
  • Analyse von KPIs und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen

Anforderungen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, IT oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder im Consulting
  • mindestens 10 Jahre tiefgreifende Erfahrung im internationalen Projektmanagement
  • Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PRINCE2 oder SCRUM Master
  • Umgang mit PM-Software wie MS Project, Jira, Confluence
  • analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Know-how in Quality Assurance
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
  • eigeninitiatives und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Englischkenntnisse

  • Technical support and advice on mass data changes and data validation (EIBs)
  • Technical definition of compensation elements, compensation plans, levels and associated level profiles, as well as creation of compensation eligibility rules
  • Planning, co-designing and supporting the global annually recurring compensation process, as well as the associated analysis and error correction
  • Support and/ or implementation of global projects
  • Technical support for system and business process changes in Workday, including planning, design, product governance, upgrades, training and post-implementation, as well as documentation
