Verantwortlichkeiten
Drive the commercial development and execution of the Off-Site Construction segment strategy to achieve sales, margin, and sustainable growth objectives
Build, manage, and expand key customer relationships while acquiring new business and strengthening existing accounts
Lead the full commercial cycle, including account prioritisation, pricing decisions, and commercial negotiations
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to translate insights into clear commercial priorities and actions
Represent the “voice of the customer” by feeding structured market and customer insights into segment strategy and value propositions
Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools, ensuring disciplined follow-up and accurate projections
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and improve customer experience
Monitor financial performance, proactively manage risks, and ensure profitability through effective pricing and margin management
Anforderungen
Bachelor/Master Degree in Technical/Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
Several years of commercial and B2B sales experience, with a proven ability to drive profitable growth, manage complex OEM accounts, and apply solution-oriented selling
Advanced relationship-building and negotiation skills, capable of engaging confidently with diverse stakeholders and developing long-term key account partnerships
Disciplined pipeline, project, and CRM management, including structured opportunity handling, prioritization, and accurate follow-up (ideally with Salesforce)
Technical and market insight, including understanding of products, applications, engineering specifications, and market dynamics in industrial or construction-related environments
Fluent German and English
