Security & Loss Prevention Specialist

• ensure our security guards comply with our process regulations for all control, protection and prevention measures
• lead our security guards professionally and create duty rosters
• document rule violations and support your security manager in investigation activities
• monitor intervention measures, critical conversations and technical measures and support your security manager in threat and emergency management
• represent your security manager during his absence
• create security concepts and risk analyses for events and coordinate external service providers
• accompany internal and external risk audits and support the creation of protection concepts and security trainings
• be a role model and trusted contact person within our department and create a positive working climate

• successfully completed vocational training, preferably in a security-related field such as security specialist
• several years of professional experience in the security industry
• ideally additional qualifications in the fields of rescue services, fire department and/or social work
• knowledge in the specialist areas of law, security technology, security services, loss prevention, forensic interviews, event security, de-escalation as well as self-protection
• team skills, high willingness to perform as well as physical and mental resilience
• confident appearance, decision-making skills and willingness to take responsibility for your team
• good rhetorical skills
• good German language skills in spoken and written at C1 level
• basic English skills at B1 level
