Security & Loss Prevention Specialist

• ensure security guards comply with process regulations for all control, protection and prevention measures
• lead security guards professionally and create duty schedules
• if you have the IHK training certificate, supervise and develop trainees
• document rule violations and support your security manager in investigation activities
• systematically evaluate theft data
• monitor intervention measures, critical conversations and technical measures
• support your security manager in threat and emergency management
• deputize for your security manager during their absence
• create security concepts and risk analyses for events
• coordinate external service providers
• accompany internal and external risk audits
• support the creation of protection concepts and security trainings
• be a role model and trusted contact person within the department
• create a positive working climate

• successfully completed vocational training, preferably in a security-related field such as security specialist
• several years of professional experience in the security industry
• ideally additional qualifications in the fields of rescue services, fire department and/or social work
• knowledge in the specialist areas of law, security technology, security services, loss prevention, forensic interviews, event security, de-escalation as well as self-protection
• team skills

• good German language skills in spoken and written at C1 level
