Nestlé Nespresso SA seeks passionate individuals to create the ultimate coffee experience in their Biel boutique. The role involves promoting and selling high-quality coffee products and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Greet, assist, and advise visitors as the first point of contact
Enthuse customers in the tasting area with coffee specialties
Recommend products tailored to customer preferences
Spark interest in the Nespresso & You loyalty program
Address individual concerns flexibly and competently
Ensure seamless checkout experience at the cash register
Maintain welcoming store atmosphere with an appealing presentation

Anforderungen:

Communicate securely and openly with people in French and German
Connect service-oriented attitude with a great joy for sales
Experience with High-End, Luxury, Premium-FMCG or retail brands preferred
Minimum 1 year of direct customer sales experience
Exhibit strong work ethic, integrity, and total honesty
Learn quickly about coffee machines, products, and services to offer an exceptional shopping experience
Remain calm and organized even in stressful situations
Comfortable working on Saturdays
