Als Sales Development Support bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle für die operative Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung im Leadmanagement-Prozess. Du sorgst dafür, dass Daten, Prozesse und Tools im New-Business-Team reibungslos funktionieren – und unterstützt damit aktiv den Aufbau einer hochwertigen Pipeline. Dein Fokus liegt auf der CRM-Datenqualität, Prozesspflege, Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation. Du arbeitest eng mit dem SSDM und dem Expert Lead New Business zusammen, stellst konsistente Datenflüsse sicher und trägst so direkt zur erfolgreichen Akquise strategisch wichtiger Partner bei.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • CRM-Management & Datenpflege: Pflege, Prüfung und Aktualisierung von Leads, Accounts und Aktivitäten in Salesforce
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Workflows, Automatisierungen und Reporting-Strukturen
  • Lead-Prozess-Support: Unterstützung des Sales Development-Teams bei der Recherche, Qualifizierung und Nachverfolgung von Leads
  • Erfassung und Pflege relevanter Informationen aus unterschiedlichen Quellen (Events, Inbound, Kampagnen etc.)
  • Vorbereitung und Pflege von Huntinglisten und Zielkundenlisten
  • Affiliate-Netzwerk-Management & Advertiser-Prüfung: Prüfung und Bewertung eingehender Netzwerk-Empfehlungen (Advertiser) hinsichtlich Qualität und Relevanz
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit Affiliate-Netzwerken, insbesondere zur Rückmeldung bei notwendigen Anpassungen oder fehlenden Informationen
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen Datenbasis und optimalen Übergabe qualifizierter Advertiser an die relevanten internen Teams
  • Lead-Handling für Decision Media: Erfassung und Bearbeitung eingehender Interessenten für das Produkt Decision Media als Leads im CRM-System
  • Qualifizierung sowie strukturierte Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Teams zur weiteren Bearbeitung
  • Eigenständige Kommunikation mit Interessenten, insbesondere bei Rückfragen sowie im Falle von Absagen
  • Sicherstellung eines klaren, transparenten und nachvollziehbaren Lead-Flows sowie einer positiven Interessenten-Erfahrung im gesamten Prozess
  • Qualitätssicherung & Wissensmanagement: Laufende Kontrolle der Datenqualität und Prozesskonsistenz in Salesforce
  • Dokumentation von Best Practices und Pflege interner Prozesshandbücher, um Wissen langfristig zu sichern
  • Identifikation von Schwachstellen im Leadprozess und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Expert Lead New Business zur Optimierung

  • Erfahrung im Sales Support, CRM- oder Datenmanagement – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Salesforce
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Datenstrukturen, Reports und Workflows
