Jobbeschreibung:

The DB InfraGO AG is looking for a technical office administrator (m/f/d) for the energy systems (50 Hz) department at the Osnabrück location. The role involves supporting technical-administrative tasks, conducting evaluations, managing material orders, coordinating vehicle fleets, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

support in technical-administrative cross-sectional tasks for the head of maintenance and the district managers
conduct evaluations and compile relevant documents
support the ordering process for material matters (operating supplies, office materials, equipment and tools)
coordinate the vehicle fleet of the overhead line maintenance vehicles (IFO) at the location
take responsibility for the safe, complete, timely and economical disposition of work orders and maintenance teams with a focus on 50 Hz
ensure optimal utilization of available capacities considering the current progress of open orders
conduct employee-specific and precise weekly planning
oversee efficient use of available resources (personnel, vehicles, etc.)
carry out annual capacity planning as well as vacation and qualification planning for assigned teams
maintain an overview of all orders, react promptly to disruptions and adjust team assignments accordingly

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician or similar)
very good knowledge of operational processes within maintenance or comparable experience from a technical company
proficiency in common MS Office programs and SAP R/3
ideally knowledge of organization, processes, regulations and systems of the maintenance field (e.g., occupational safety, performance accounting, material matters or inventory plans)
valid class B driver's license
