Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager/Kitchen Manager (m/f/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at the Hamburg location. The position involves leading a staff restaurant, ensuring high service levels, and managing catering services.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

lead a staff restaurant (casino) under business premises to ensure a high level of service
responsible for timely and quality preparation and provision of warm and intermediate meals in the casino, as well as conference service and special events
identify improvement potential in your area and implement it effectively
ensure compliance with all legal regulations in the areas of hygiene and occupational safety
ensure a positive customer experience

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training as a chef
several years of professional experience
very good PC skills (Excel, Word, email, ordering system)
willingness to work flexible hours, night shifts, and occasional weekends
valid Class B driver's license for catering deliveries
