Koordinierung und Sicherstellung der Bereitstellung von IT-nachgefragten Gütern und Dienstleistungen
Anwenderorientierte Aufbereitung von Daten und/oder deren Analyse (finanziell, fachlich, technisch, organisatorisch, räumlich)
Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Projektentwicklung, Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Erstellung von Business und Projektplänen bis zur Übergabe an das Projektmanagement im jeweiligen Fachgebiet und ev. laufende Projektkontrolle
Identifikation, Beratung und Nutzung von Synergien innerhalb der Wiener Linien Systemlandschaft
Coaching und Begleitung in der Zielerreichung einer Vision
