As a student assistant in Executive Support, you will work closely with the CFO, gaining insights into strategic, operational, and communicative corporate processes. You will assist in preparing decisions, coordinating tasks, and ensuring structured and effective progress on important topics.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support the CFO in day-to-day business, projects, and prioritization
preparation and follow-up of meetings, presentations, and decision documents
research and analysis of strategic topics
coordination of internal and external alignments
assisting in internal communication and special projects

Anforderungen:

You are studying business, management, politics, communication, or a comparable field in a higher semester
your working style is structured, proactive, and entrepreneurial
proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
excellent communication skills in German and English
trustworthiness, discretion, and high self-motivation
