For our growing HR team, we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (m/f/d) with a focus on Active Sourcing at CHECK24 Services for Insurance Comparisons GmbH. Whether you are a career starter or already have initial experience in personnel consulting – your passion and commitment to winning the best talents for CHECK24 count above all. In a motivated and specialized team, we work together with our hiring managers to find exactly the people who fit us. With your organizational talent, you support us in day-to-day business.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Identify suitable candidates via social media platforms
Maintain and manage applicant data in the applicant management system
Analyze profiles and create candidate summaries
Evaluate and implement new sourcing strategies
Contribute to the growth and development of the talent pool
Build and maintain candidate relationships
Support recruiting team in social media activities
Coordinate interview appointments
Work closely with active sourcing experts

Anforderungen:

Ideally first experience (from personnel consulting or personnel service provider) in direct candidate approach, e.g., in active sourcing or recruiting
Completed degree or commercial training, ideally with further training in personnel
Strong sense for talent
High self-motivation and creativity
Experience and affinity in dealing with job and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, XING)
Negotiation-proof German skills (C1)
