We are looking for an experienced Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for SER Group. In this position, you will take full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle - from talent sourcing to offer - and contribute strategically to building strong, high-performing teams that drive our success forward.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process – from job definition to successful onboarding – with a focus on roles in IT, Consulting, and Sales
Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent strategies, and best practices
Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels, including Active Sourcing
Conduct professional, structured interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Support the continuous improvement of our recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives

Anforderungen:

Degree or completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR, business, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an in-house role or within a tech-driven environment
Confident in Active Sourcing and familiar with current recruiting trends, tools, and LinkedIn
Strong interest in technology and digital innovation
Works independently, is proactive, and takes ownership of results
Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders and candidates at all levels – in local language and English
