The job offer is for career changers seeking retraining as machine operators. The training includes theoretical and practical lessons, lasts about 18 months, and involves modern training methods, including simulators and tablets. After successful completion, candidates receive a European train driver's license. Travel and accommodation costs during training are covered by the company. The role involves operating auxiliary vehicles and supporting construction site logistics.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Operating auxiliary vehicles of the BAMOWAG or GAF series
Training as an auxiliary vehicle operator or BAMOWAG operator
Participation in train formation and preparation
Involvement in vehicle maintenance and care
Ensuring construction site supply through rail-bound material logistics
Supporting track construction colleagues on construction sites by operating the vehicle as a work tool

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of a recognized vocational training in the technical field, e.g., as a construction equipment operator, civil engineer, road builder, driver, construction mechanic, or mechatronics technician
Minimum age of 20 years
Willingness to prove medical and psychological suitability for operational service
Willingness to work shifts and alternating shifts, including on Sundays and public holidays, and to travel nationwide (assembly)
Understanding of technical contexts and willingness to undergo further training
Good knowledge of the German language (at least level B2)
Valid Class B driver's license
