Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for career changers for retraining as a train driver (m/f/d) for the S-Bahn Stuttgart at the Plochingen or Stuttgart location. Your start is possible at different times of the year. The next possible entry dates are 01.01.2026 or 01.02.2026. In the twelve-month in-house retraining at the training location Plochingen / Stuttgart, we prepare you for your job entry.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

safe operation of locomotives
ensuring timely passenger transport
maintaining cleanliness and order in the train
making technical decisions
handling deviations in operations
providing passenger information
dealing with difficult customers

Anforderungen:

20 years of age
school diploma
completed vocational training preferably in the technical field
willingness to work in irregular shift patterns (night shifts, holidays, weekends, varying daily working hours)
proficiency in German (at least B2 level)
willingness to undergo medical and psychological examinations
reliability and commitment
learning readiness
