• You ensure that our travelers reach their destination safely, on time and comfortably
• The safety-relevant equipment and technical operational readiness of the traction vehicles as well as the cleanliness and order in the interior are your responsibility
• You like to make expert decisions and take responsibility for people and vehicles
• If there are deviations in rail operations, you ensure passenger information and thus make a significant contribution to high service quality
• You also meet difficult customers with patience and a friendly smile

• Your 20th year of life has been completed and you have a verifiable school leaving certificate
• Willingness to work in irregular shift work (night shift, holiday and weekend work, with different working hours every day)
• You have a good command of the German language in spoken and written form (at least B2)
• Willingness to learn, reliability and commitment are a matter of course for you
• You can prove with a current extract from the driving aptitude register that you participate reliably in traffic (points are not a fundamental exclusion criterion)
• You are willing to provide evidence of your medical and psychological suitability (examination is carried out as part of the selection process by a company medical examination)
