• Actively advise and support our customers at and on the train
• Provide timetable and tariff information and give information about connecting services and irregularities
• The control and sale of tickets are your responsibility
• You are responsible for order and safety on the train
• With high service quality, you increase the satisfaction of our customers
• Working with colleagues, such as train drivers, service staff or security staff, is part of your everyday life

• Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service, such as working in gastronomy or as a hotel clerk, steward, flight attendant, salesperson, retail clerk
• You enjoy working with people and customer and service awareness are second nature to you
• You have acquired good conflict and communication skills in your professional life
• Your written and spoken German skills are very good (at least B2 level)
• You don't mind planned, irregular shift work as well as weekend and holiday work
• A valid class B driver's license is an advantage to ensure you arrive at work on time even outside public transport hours
