Als Quality Project Manager (PQM) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen unserer Windenergieprojekte – von der Vertragsunterzeichnung bis zur Übergabe an den Service. Du vertrittst die Interessen unserer Kunden in Bezug auf Qualität und sorgst für eine effiziente Umsetzung von Qualitätsmanagement- und QA/QC-Prozessen über den gesamten Projektverlauf hinweg.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Standardisierung und Erweiterung der ITAP sowie Qualitätsanforderungen in Vertragspaketen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen und kommerziellen Vertrieb zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Integration von Lessons Learned aus laufenden Projekten in Ausschreibungen und Angebote
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen bei Projektstart und -durchführung
  • Planung und Durchführung von Inspektions-, Test- und Auditaktivitäten gemäß ITAP
  • Qualitätssicherung der Komponenten vor Übergabe an die Installationsteams
  • Bereitstellung vollständiger und korrekter Qualitätsdokumentation gemäß Vertragsmeilensteinen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement technischer Projekte, idealerweise als Construction Quality Leader oder in ähnlicher Funktion
  • Kenntnisse gängiger QM-Methoden wie Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D oder 5Why
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
